Yoga Class Styles
Vinyasa Flow
A fun flowing sequence designed to tailor your specific needs. Vinyasa yoga maintains a steady pace or flow and includes a series of postures that work the cardiovascular system. All of the poses are linked and combined with the rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations, aimed to build heat in the body and union with the breath.
Traditional Hatha
Ha means “sun” and The means “moon.” In traditional Hatha style you’ll hold postures a little bit longer to help build strength and stamina in body and mind. Postures are linked with breath to facilitate the art of control and surrender. In this class we alternate between pranayama and meditation techniques so that you have a really rounded yoga experience and enjoy the challenge and rewards that yoga has to offer.
Strength Yoga
Strength Yoga is a perfect blend of yoga, body weight exercises, and light cardio to get the best of all training methods. The movement is challenging yet accessible for all, and using weights are always optional. Utilizes classic yoga warm-up’s/cool-down’s and sun salutations, mixes it with a healthy-dose of core activation and incorporates overall body strengthening moves that may use a variety of props.
Guided Meditation
Mindfulness and pranayama are key components to a healthy lifestyle. This is meant specifically for everyone, anywhere. Guided meditation is customized for you whether you need self-love, healing, improving relationships, or to liven various aspects of your life.
