Private Yoga FAQ
What is a private yoga class?
A private yoga class is a session where you practice yoga with a teacher one-on-one or with a small group of people you invite to attend. Private yoga classes provide a time for individualized instruction and attention. Classes can also be customized to focus on an area of interest or to address specific concerns. For example: a class for someone who wants to focus on leg flexibility or a class accessible for someone with wrist issues.
How long is a private yoga class?
Sessions are offered at 60min. If you want a different time(30 min or 90 min), please contact me directly.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and props?
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and props, but yoga mats and props can also be provided free of charge. Will need to let me know ahead of time.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Nope! Students with any level of experience can benefit from a private yoga class.
How can I schedule a private yoga session?
You can schedule it BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS page or message me directly.
Where will the class be held?
The comfort of your own home or a local studio in the Orange County area.
How much does it cost?

Can I reserve a time outside of those time slots?
It depends! I work full time job and teach part time in studios. Either check out a public class or message me for additional times.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions not cancelled a minimum of 12 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a $20 late fee.
How do I pay you?
I accept cash, Venmo, or checks. For Yoga packages first half of payment is to be sent for a security deposit. Second half to begin the 2nd half of the package. For example, if you purchased 6 classes, second payment will need to be accepted at the end of the 3rd session.
