Molly has volunteered out of her good will at my youth center in Anaheim for an entire year. Every Tuesday she would be at our center on time and no matter the circumstances, she was always ready to share with the youth her passion and the benefits of yoga and guided meditation. Molly combines a keen attention to technique and positioning with a dance-like flow that is easy to get lost in. She also works hard to make all levels feel welcome in her classes: she reminds us that it is our practice and to listen to our bodies above all, as well as always provides a variety of modifications to ease up or intensify a pose.
Molly’s knowledge and skill at instruction makes her a great teacher, but her heart and warmth is what separates her from the rest. I know that I will always leave Molly’s class feeling lighter, stronger (physically and spiritually), and more peaceful.
